This olive oil is spicy and fragrant with bold notes of green chilies. This oil is made by crushing fresh baklouti chilis with ripe olives, and has a complex flavor that is great in salad dressings, marinades, salsas, dips, guacamole, and with rice, beans, roasted potatoes, tofu and seitan.

Pairs with: Golden Pineapple, Mango and Ripe Peach Balsamics.
