Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please you need to notify us within seven days of receiving your shipment. If an item is damaged please take a picture and email it to [email protected] along with your name and order number so we can send you a replacement.
Our oils and vinegars are poured on the spot and to ensure freshness we cannot accept returns on these items. Unopened and undamaged non-perishable items may be shipped to us or returned in-store for refund within thirty days. Email us at [email protected] to receive return approval prior to shipping the item, and please note that the customer will pay for return shipping.
