Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please notify us within seven days of receiving your shipment. If an item is damaged please take a picture and email it to [email protected] along with your name and order number so we can send you a replacement.

Our oils and vinegars are poured on the spot and to ensure freshness we cannot accept returns on these items. Unopened and undamaged non-perishable items may be shipped to us or returned in-store for refund within thirty days. Email us at [email protected] to receive return approval prior to shipping the item, and please note that the customer will pay for return shipping.
