This wine vinegar is made from sherry that has been fermented and aged in oak barrels for up to 25 years in the southwest region of spain known as the ‘sherry triangle’. It is bold and tart with a touch of sweetness. Use in salad dressings, sauces, marinades, and soups.
Pairs with: Blood Orange and Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oils.
