This olive oil is fragrant with bold notes of rosemary. This oil is made by crushing fresh wild rosemary with ripe olives, and has a complex, piney and herbaceous flavor that is great in salad dressings, marinades, bread dippers, on roasted potatoes, tofu, seitan and legumes.
Pairs with: Sicilian Lemon and Ripe Peach Balsamics.
