"Melgarejo" Hojiblanca (Spain)
This Spanish varietal grown by world-renowned Melgarejo is fruity, complex and floral with notes of green almond and melon. It is an extremely green oil, and has a big, desirable peppery finish from the high antioxidant content. Established in 1780, the Melgarejo estate is located in Jaén, a city in southern Spain famous for its EVOOs.
Use for: Cooking, and anywhere you want an antioxidant boost.
