This dark balsamic is smooth, sweet and thick. Aged in chestnut, oak, mulberry or ash barrels even longer than our 18 year traditional, it is complex and flavorful. One of our most verstaile vinegars, you can use it dressings, bread dippers, marinades, or drizzled on pizza, cheese, yogurt or icecream.
Pairs with: Any oil, such as Tuscan Herb or Roasted Garlic.
