This wine vinegar is made from pinot noir and chardonnay grapes, the same grapes used to make champagne. It is bright, refreshing, and tart with a touch of sweetness. Use in a classic salad dressing along with chopped shallot, salt, pepper and a dash of dijon, or in sauces, marinades, and soups.
