Blood Orange Whole Fruit Fused Agrumato

Blood oranges, originally from the southern Mediterranean,  have a bold crimson flesh and notes of raspberries. This oil was made by crushing whole blood oranges with ripe olives, and has a bright, refreshing flavor that is great in salad dressings, marinades, bread dippers, and baked into cakes and other desserts.

Pairs with: Blenheim Apricot and Cranberry Pear Balsamics.
