Blenheim apricots are a small heirloom varietal brought from Europe to California in the 1880s and are coveted for their delicious honeysuckle aroma. This balsamic is sweet with a touch of tartness and is ideal for making dressings for salads and rice bowls, for dipping bread, adding to salsa and guacomole, and drizzling over grilled chicken or cheese.
