This locally produced apple cider vinegar reduction is made by boiling 100% spray-free apple cider down to a 9-to-1 ratio. It is very thick, flavorful and sweet with a touch of tartness. Use as a finish on fruit, pizza, cheese, granola, pancakes, brussel sprouts, or desserts.
Pairs with: Basil and Herbs de Provence Olive Oils.
