This dark balsamic is smooth, sweet and a little bit tart. Aged in chestnut, oak, mulberry or ash barrels it has developed rich layers of flavor. One of our most verstaile vinegars, you can use it dressings, bread dippers, marinades, or drizzled on pizza, cheese, yogurt or icecream.
Pairs with: Any oil, such as Tuscan Herb or Roasted Garlic.
