La Favorita Pesto al Pomodoro

A symphony of luscious tomato, cashews, and basil from Liguria, this sun dried tomato pesto can be eaten right out of the jar! It is full of flavor and it will enhance every dish it is added to. You can add it to pasta, sandwiches and just about anything, but our favorite thing to add it to is a fresh baguette.
