La Boite Cancale (N.11)

This fleur de sel based spice blend with orange peel and fennel is inspired by the breeze on the cliffs of Brittany. It’s our tribute to Olivier Roellinger and Les Maisons de Bricourt.

Wet the rim of a margarita glass with lime juice and coat with Cancale N.11 for a twist on the traditional cocktail. Cancale N.11 can be added to just about anything. Its notes of citrus and fennel work well sprinkled on fruit or vegetables, mixed into cookie batter, and more.
